Applications deal with the practical application of everything that one learns in the Artpreneur program. This is basically a platform to apply one’s learnings and experiment with the tools learnt.
Visual Design refers to the coordination between 9 elements – typo, colour, layout, space, grid, harmony, musing, brainstorm, concept and doodle.
Branding primarily deals with obtaining an output with the help of 5 aspects - incubation, positioning, identity, communication and valuation.
Digital Tools include (but not limited to) Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe XD. The program will also teach the learner any other tool that he/she desires to learn.
Colours deal with the aesthetics, colours in design principle and the concept of intuitive selection of colours. This aspect of the course will also help the learners to understand design discipline and the proper selection of colours, to render a perfect picture.
Typography includes illustrative lettering, lettering, anatomy and type design.
Space Design teaches the learner about controlling and balancing space in visual design, resulting in a beautiful design.
Grid is an element of design principle. Under this concept, the layouts for graphic design and web design will be introduced to the learner. Grid also plays a key role in art.
Harmony indicates a balance between the elements under visual design.
Musings deals with reengineering, a secret behind mastering various styles. This means, the learner will gain all the knowledge required to reengineer any style from across the globe.
User Experience indicates how a user can experience design in a comfortable way.
Brainstorming is a process of ideation that helps an individual to release certain blocks and develop the thought process. Brainstorming is vital for brand, illustration, logo and even in the personal life of an individual.
Concepts are the outcome of a good brainstorming session.
Doodles are the visual representation of a concept.
Brand Incubation emphasises on how one can create the core of a brand.
Brand Positioning talks about who the brand is meant for.
Brand Identity is all about how the brand is going to be shown.
Brand Communication deals with how the brand is going to be communicated to the audience.
Brand Equity is an understanding/analysis of whether the who, how and why of a brand have been met appropriately.
Illustrator is more of a ‘anyone-can-draw’ software. It is the tool used for logo design and illustrations.
Photoshop is a software that helps in creating digital painting, photo enhancements and photo manipulation.
InDesign is a software that aids in designing of books, brochures, etc.
Live Projects will help the learner to practically apply the tools learnt in the program.
Colour Relationship talks about balancing the relationship between colours.
Colour Metaphors emphasises on the meaning/significance of each colour. The learner will get to research on colours and how they are perceived across the globe.
Colour Swatches will teach the learner to create his/her own swatch and will help to understand which swatch to use where.
Colour in Paintings will be a research to understand the colours in paintings.
Colour Terminologies includes the terms pertaining to colours and their usage in the industry.
Reengineering Colours allows the learner to understand an artist’s palette, the emotions behind the choice of colours and extracting the core idea behind the colour swatch.
Colouring in Digital Tools - This aspect deals with the implementation of colours in digital tools.
Colour composition teaches the learner to balance the composition in colours.
Brand Core values will help the learner to understand the core values of a brand.
Brand Promise - A brand’s survival depends on its promise. This aspect will delve into the creation/identification of a brand promise.
Unique Selling Point - A learner will get to understand how to create a unique selling point for one’s own brand or for other brands.
Brand Drivers are factors that drives a brand.
Brand Architecture is all about how others perceive the brand/brands.
Brand Personality is about creating a persona for a brand. The persona is something that a person can easily identify himself/herself with.
Brand Guidelines - This aspect will teach the learner about the guideline to create a brand.
Value Proposition talks about the key element that a brand offers for people to connect with it.
Marketing Strategy - The learner will get to understand how to create a marketing strategy.
Brand Name - The name for a brand is as important as the name given to a person. This aspect will teach the learner about creating a brand name.
Brand Touch Points - Brand Touch Points talks about placement of the brand, to gain visibility for better accessibility by the people.
Brand Voice highlights the tone of a brand. It helps the learner to understand which tone to adapt for which brand.
Brand Space can be the exteriors, the interiors or the virtual space. The learner would get to understand how a brand’s space should appear and how the brand’s visibility should be.
