1. Why did you join the Artpreneur Program?
I am a self-taught graphic designer, and I was seriously looking to upgrade my skills and explore the creative industry. I was impressed with the Artpreneur's portfolio and was tempted to create beautiful projects like the ones I saw featured. I was also keen to learn from professionals with experience in the industry.

2. As a former Multimedia Artist, what technical skills did you learn from the Artpreneur Program?
I learnt how to navigate through multiple software and effectively use the tools. Through the Artpreneur program, I was exposed to different artforms and creative styles and got real-time experience working with projects under the guidance of our mentor. This exposure helped me identify my talent in branding and develop a style of my own.

3. Apart from technical aspects what have you learnt from the Artpreneur program?
Project management was a big part of my learning curve. I learned how to manage projects from start to end, reengineer visual references (which I think is the best part of the curriculum), and learnt efficient time management skills. On a personal front, I learnt how to journal, which has become a part of my daily routine.

4. What is your overall experience with educators and mentor?
Since I was fully dedicated to the program, I was receptive to feedback from my mentor and educators and was able to overcome any challenges I faced. My mentor was easy to talk to, accessible at all times and guided me through the program. He motivated me to reach the true potential that I had not seen in myself.

5. How did you balance your work and program together?
To be honest, I was scared to take on the program. I had permission to attend the program from work, so I used to reach the office early at 8 am and attend online interactive sessions. After class, I directly logged in to work, so I had no time to complete assignments. Once my office work was done, I would do some of my assignments late at night, and complete the rest in the morning at 4:30 am. The initial few weeks were challenging for me to adapt, but I eventually got the hang of it. I am lucky my boss, colleagues & family gave me the space and motivation to complete my program.

6. Would you recommend the Artpreneur program to others? What would you say to people looking to join the Artpreneur program?
Yes, I will recommend this program. I would say that if you can truly dedicate yourself to the program without any excuses you can gain the most. There may be lots of distractions and negativity surrounding you, but you have to be very focused on what you want. This program is designed so that anyone can be transformed. It is so dynamic and personalized to each and every person; there is no competition or grading system. It's up to you and your goals.

7. How did the skills you learned in the Artpreneur Program improve your career?
The skills which I learnt helped me transform a complete 360 degrees! Thanks to the Artpreneur program, I have learnt time management, project management, reengineering, process workflow methods, and many more creative skills. Not only that, I have become more confident in my skill resulting in my promotion to Visual Identity Manager in my company.
Understanding the art form and style and creating the new artwork, confidence in handling any type of project, its not just the tools and software that i learnt the actual creative process, how to create something based on the inputs you have and deliver the project.

8. What exactly are you doing right now?
I am working as a Visual Identity Manager at MED-bites Pvt. Ltd. full-time, leading 2D animation projects; interacting with the client and coordinating with the internal team also handling storyboarding, previsualizing and pitching the concepts. I head the development of mascots, customized characters, and background sets for 2D animations. I create multi-purpose content that can be shared and utilized across platforms. I also manage operations and production for Branding design, Creative design, publication design, Illustration & website design, as well as work closely with the in-house 3D team to conceptualize and develop the artwork.
Apart from work, I do projects in my leisure time. Collaborating with various artists and businesses, providing services like Brand Identity, Personal Branding & other multimedia solutions. And also a passionate photographer working with photographer friends.
