1. What teachings or concepts from the Artpreneur Program have you incorporated into your personal and professional life?
First and foremost, I would like to say that taking the first step with conviction towards any journey, be it personal or professional, has led me to the position where I am right now. Another learning is that discomfort is a big sign of learning. Facing it and taking up the task of facing the fear and trusting oneself.
Always have gratitude for what you have and the blessings in your life. Keeping yourself grounded and humble will aid in learning and growth. Eventually, this will lead to giving back and making positive changes in yourself and those around you, which will make you feel even more blessed. This is ultimately what I aspire to.
During my journey, I have witnessed people collectively supporting me through difficult times, both when I asked for help and when I didn't. So, don't be afraid to take the first step. You are not alone, and the rest will fall into place. This is something that I experienced firsthand during my own critical days.

2. As a single parent, how much did the Artpreneur Program help you achieve your goals?
As a single parent, this was a great opportunity for me to learn and unlearn, explore art and technology together. I strongly believed the program would help me groom as an artist with digital knowledge and become independent, adding a strong foundation to grow as an artpreneur.
3. How did you create such a unique and diverse portfolio in such a short amount of time?
It was a 9-month holistic journey with a lot of perseverance and the desire to learn new things, along with great support from tutors, mentors, and the whole team, that resulted in the curation of the portfolio. The methodology, well-curated programs, and the steps that were followed in the teachings were the backbone for the process. Everything is process-oriented, which helped me streamline my thoughts. Even if I did get stuck, it helped me keep moving.
4. What challenges did you face as a single parent in the program, and how did you overcome them?
As a single parent, the first thing I tried to understand was how the whole program works. I spoke to Artpreneurs who also had their own challenges. I prepared my mind that it was going to be challenging but not impossible. As a mother with a 4-year-old little one, I had to balance personal life and also prioritise professional life. The first step was to accept that it was intense but it was to uplift myself. Constant conflict did arise within myself, but also reaching the other side of the tunnel or waiting with patience within the cocoon to explode with maximum potential to see the light, enrich myself for a better life ahead kept me pushing and happy to have reached the first
tunnel of light, and on the move for more. Another important aspect was talking to my child. She did understand it was challenging but a journey that I will never forget as we both had good and bad days, but learn and keep growing. Do not be afraid to fall, it is to rise.

5. We noticed your interest in merchandise in your portfolio. Could you tell us more about it and share your plans for it moving forward?
As a person, I always loved to express stories onto the products we use, having a connection with personalisation. I have an interest in up-cycling and products and wanted to try the illustration of artworks of various styles learned in the program to be applied to products which I have always been interested in. Combining space, products, artwork, I felt would create magic around us. Wanting to grow as an artist, creating visual space, installation with up-cycled work is my aspiration.
6. What was the pathway that led you to the Artpreneur Program?
Destiny. I believe in it. Whatever you are constantly in search of, the thoughts you throw into the universe hit you back. I was in constant search of a program with mentorship. The Artpreneur program was exactly what I was looking for, guidance as parents, a guru who is there to guide but also let you walk with their support to be on your own.
7. What do you do currently?
I currently work as a Graphic Designer for Signatures 1, a branding and communication design firm in Coimbatore.
8. In your opinion, how effective were the educator and mentor in helping you achieve your goals?
Tutors and mentors, as I mentioned previously, are there as a constant source of light. Guru - meaning to remove the darkness or ignorance. They are always there to support, encourage, and not let you drift away from your learning journey. They exactly helped me achieve what I had wanted during the course in gaining skills, thinking forward in terms of career as per my need as per my life.
9. How likely are you to recommend the Artpreneur program to single parents who aspire to become creatives?
I recommend this program to single parents who want to explore their creative energy. What I feel is required is the mindset to trust, learn. Every person has the creative abundance in oneself. Entering the program with utmost faith and patience will definitely bring the best out of oneself.
10. What is your opinion of the Artpreneur program's claim that any amateur can master art, design, and branding through the Program?
The whole program is well-sculpted in such a way that anybody can follow and master the skills to become a creative artist. Just follow without any doubt about the outcome. Just do your duty, the result will eventually reflect. I also think of the phoenix bird, always believe you have nothing to lose, you will get to rise from ashes. Do not be afraid to fail, make mistakes, but learn from them and keep growing in this journey of life. This program will be a milestone, a starting point for many more to come.
